The Pull-Up Contest starts today.  Most of you are already aware of the details, but here they are once again.  Entry fee is $5.  You will sign up for either 'chin over bar' or 'chest to bar'.  Within those categorizes, you will determine if your pull-ups will be strict or kipping. Anytime between today and Friday, you will have 1 minute to perform as many unassisted pull-ups as you can (must be counted by a coach) and we will record that number (if the number is zero, that's ok!).  We will spend the next 30 days working on drills, improving technique, getting stronger, etc.  This will take place before, during, and after classes.  The more work you put in, the more you will improve.  Then, during the first week of May, we will re-test for another minute.  Winners will be those with the highest number improvement.  For example, 2 pu's today and 15 next month, gives you a score of 13.  There will be cash prizes, Lululemon gear, and Kitchfix gift cards for the top 3 in each category.  EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO ENTER!
