And the 2018 CrossFit Open is in the books!  Congratulations to those of you who competed this year.  I witnessed some amazing efforts each week...it was great to see.  Be proud of yourself for stepping out of the comfort zone and pushing to new limits.  The Open gives EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US an opportunity to identify our weaknesses...in front of all of our peers no less!  With this new found info, we will attack those weaknesses and turn them into strengths.  Time to get to work!
