Happy New Year's Eve everyone!  Enjoy the last class of the year!  As a reminder - we are having one class tomorrow at noon.

Strength/Skill:  

EMOM for 8 minutes of 6 Ring Dips

WOD:

12 minute up ladder of

  • Thrusters (95/65#)
  • Pull-ups

The first round starts with 1 rep, add 1 rep to each movement as you progress through the ladder (ie - Round 1 will be 1 thruster, 1 pull-up, Round 2 will be 2 thrusters, 2 pull-ups, Round 3 will be 3 thrusters, 3 pull-ups).  Your score will be how many rounds you can accumulate in 12 minutes.
