It's that time of the year once again...The Open is upon us! This Friday we will be doing 18.1. For those who have not participated in the past, The CrossFit Open is a 5 week world-wide competition where the entire CrossFit community does the same work out each week and all results are recorded. This is a great time to test yourself and all the progress you've made the past year. All workouts have a scaled option, so EVERYONE is encouraged to participate. We will be doing these workouts as a gym every Friday from 2/23-3/25. You can register via the link below. We will culminate The Open with tacos and beer on the final Friday!
