WODhopper Update and Schedule Clarification - 

As many of you have already noticed, the RSVP function has been updated to WODbook...finally!! When you RSVP for the first time in the new format, you will be asked for a password to set up your account. Once your account is set up, you will have access to all of your benchmarks, 1RM's, past WOD's, etc. Another key feature, especially for all of you scoreboard watchers, is EACH PERSON IS NOW RESPONSIBLE TO INPUT THEIR OWN WOD SCORES EACH AND EVERY DAY via smartphone, PC, or tablet. I highly suggest you spend a minute or so and input your info on a daily basis. This is the best way to track your progress and holds you accountable among your fellow Enclave Athletes. And let's face it, Brad Richter's favorite pastime is being a scoreboard wh*re, so let's not deprive him of one of life's simple pleasures!

Also, in regards to the schedule this Friday (day after Thanksgiving) - the gym will be open from 9:30am-noon. This means you can come it at any time between those hours to warm up, complete the strength (I have a hunch it may be squats!?), and then do the WOD. THE GYM WILL BE CLOSING AT NOON, so please be sure you give yourself enough time (this means you should probably arrive no later than 11am). Due to the format, there will not be a cap on this class, however we ask that you please RSVP as per usual.
