Hope everyone had a great weekend!! 

There's a few additions to the schedule that will begin on Saturday, November 2. 

Early Bird RX+ (SATURDAY only class)

The gym will open at 8 am to warm-up and the workout will run from 8:30-9:30.  This class will include heavy barbell work, higher skill movements, and will run at a quick pace.  We (coaches) will be participating in the class as well so there will be less supervision as during the regular classes.   As a result, we will require that you have been CrossFitting with us for at least 3 months, be able to safely perform all movements, and be working towards achieving higher skill work.  This class is designed for competitively minded individuals.

CrossFit Kids

This class will begin this Saturday, and will run from 10:45 for an hour every other Saturday.  Additionally, there will also be classes that run on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30pm - 8pm. 

The RSVP function has been updated for the above mentioned classes

 Last, but not least, we wanted to formally welcome to Sharon to our team.  She'll be running a few of the classes during the week as well as heading up our new CrossFit Kids program.  Her bio will be posted shortly to the 'Coaches' section of our website so be on the lookout.

WOD:

500 M Row, then

3 Rounds of:

15 Wall Balls (20,14)

15 Box Jumps (24,20)

then, 400 M Run

Post-WOD:

Accumulate 2 minutes of Plank Hold
