Strength/Skill:

EMOM for 10 Minutes of the following Snatch Complex:

Snatch Deadlift + Squat Snatch + OHS

Weight used should be 75% or less that will allow you to complete the complex well within each minute, with good form

WOD:

21-15-9

Squat Snatch (95,65)

Pullups (CTB = RX+)

Post-WOD:

60 Double Unders
