Great turnout for our 1st Annual Summer Combine - thanks for coming out and hope everyone enjoyed themselves!  Til next year (at 1013)....

Strength/Skill:

20 RM Backsquat, add 5 or 10# from last week if you were able to complete all 20 reps, otherwise stay at the same weight

WOD:

8 minute AMRAP of

10 DB snatches (alternating arms), as heavy as possible

10 Ring Dips
