I ran across this poster a couple weeks ago and wanted to share.  Eat clean.  Get enough sleep.  Drink lots of water.  And Squat.  Have a great Monday!!

Strength/Skill:

20 Backsquats

- Add 5-10 lbs from last week if it felt challenging and you were able to get through all 20 unbroken, otherwise stay at the same weight this week

WOD:

8 minute AMRAP of:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Hand Release Pushups
  • 15 Deadlifts  185/135

Post-WOD:

3x8 TTB
