- Add 5-10 lbs from last week if it felt challenging and you were able to get through all 20 unbroken, otherwise stay at the same weight this week
8 minute AMRAP of:
- 30 Double Unders
- 15 Hand Release Pushups
- 15 Deadlifts 185/135
