This week, we'll be testing out some maxes related to olympic lifts as we'll be doing more of these in the next few weeks.  We'll also be completing the regional WODs this week - many of these workouts will be very challenging and we  encourage/expect you to scale these to your ability level.  Above all else, we want to keep you safe and healthy - if your form is lacking, we will ask you to go to a lower weight.
