And here we are - 4 weeks later.  The "end" of the clean eating challenge.  Good luck on today's benchmark WOD.  We'll have results out for all categories later this week!  Fantastic job everyone and KEEP IT UP - if you do, you'll surprise yourself over the course of the NEXT 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.

  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Wall balls (20,14)
  • 20 KB swings (55,35)

Post-WOD:

2 minute M.E. double unders
