Hey All - a few announcements:

  • First week of the Open wraps up today.  Please be sure to enter your scores before 5pm PST today as they need to be validated by us.  1 down, 4 to go!
  • The Clean Eating challenge is wrapping up - if you have not gotten weighed / fat tested, please do so ASAP.  We are busy tabulating the 3 category winners - stay tuned.  The benchmark WOD will be tomorrow.  If you cannot come in tomorrow, please make it up on Thursday.
  • There is a new 11 am class added to the schedule on Fridays starting this week.  We'll be adding a couple more classes in a short while - stay tuned for that.
  • The 6am CrossFit Infants class is near the 5 person cap (see picture below).  Hey Miles - there's room for one more!

Post-WOD:

3 minutes Handstand Holds
