  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Wall balls (20,14)
  • 20 KB swings (55,35)

Post-WOD:

2 minute M.E. double unders

Competitor WOD:

For time:

  • 100 Double unders
  • 20 Squat Snatches (135,95)
  • 100 Double unders
