We are finally here - last week of this squatting cycle!  Keep up the great work, I know it has not always (or ever) been easy!

The Open competition registration is live - the first workout will be released on Thursday, February 27.  We have created a team this year, so be sure to choose it when registering.  Registration deadline will be 4 days after the first workout is announced.  Even if you are not considering being 'competitive' in the Open, you may want to consider participating, as your scores will be recorded on the Games site and you can see the profiles of those that stack up around you, compete with other CrossFitting friends, and join in on this annual event within the community.  Please let one of us know if you have any questions at all!!     Link:  CrossFit Open 2014 Registration
