Today, we are giving you the option between two workouts.  We are repeating an open WOD from last year and the year prior.  If you are not planning on signing up for the open and do not want to do 150 Wall Balls in a row, we've made an alternate WOD for you that still has the same movements.  Pick y our poison and good luck!
