Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  Congratulations to Mary Kay for getting your double under on Saturday!!  For those of you still working on them, you'll have time to practice today in the post-wod.

Strength/Skill:

  • Hang Squat Snatch+Squat Snatch, work up to a heavy max.

If you are new to the snatch, we'll begin working on the hang power snatch.

WOD:

4 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Squat Snatches (95/65)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar

Post-WOD:

Double unders for 2 minutes

 

While some of us were working on power snatches, others were busy as well.  I particularly like that dad and son are color coordinated.
