- Hang Squat Snatch+Squat Snatch, work up to a heavy max.
If you are new to the snatch, we'll begin working on the hang power snatch.
4 rounds for time of:
- 10 Squat Snatches (95/65)
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
Double unders for 2 minutes
While some of us were working on power snatches, others were busy as well. I particularly like that dad and son are color coordinated.
