Step 1: Contact Us to sign up for your FREE Intro Session

Step 2: FREE Introduction to CrossFit – A 60-90 minute consultation where you will be introduced to the CrossFit philosophy and methodology. We will run through a few movements, then do a short workout.

Step 3: Optional One-on-One Coaching Session – If you would like a little more instruction before becoming a member, you can opt to attend a one-on-one personal coaching session. Here we will teach you the basics of the olympic lifts, and show you some additional movements.

Step 4: Group Classes – Once you’ve completed your FREE Intro Session, you can begin group classes. During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness.
