1a.  4x10  DB snatches

1b. 3x5  Weighted pullups

Alternate between a and b.  End at a weight heavier than you used last time

WOD:

For time -

  • 25 bar facing burpees

  • 21-15-9

    • OHS (95,65)
    • HR pushups
    • TTB

  • 25 bar facing burpees
