*A few housekeeping items...The gym will be closed on Easter Sunday. Also, effective this upcoming Monday 4/2, the morning class will start at 5:45am!  Lastly, info regarding the "Pull-Up Challenge" will be announced on Monday's WOD Blog and via the FB Group.*


1. Snatch
5 x 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
Work up to a moderate weight

2. Conditioning
AMRAP 15:
15 Power Snatches (95/65)
30 Wallballs (20/14)
60 Double Unders

Post Wod
3 x Max Effort Set of Strict Pull-Ups
*If you cannot do at least 10 unbroken strict pull-ups, use the least amount of 'band' that allows for a minimum set of 10.  Rest as needed between sets
