On Black Friday - we'll have hours from 9:30-12.  We will have a prescribed strength and WOD that day, however it will be more of an open gym format.  Come and go as you please.

10x3 Front Squats @ 85%

WOD:

3 Rounds for Time of:

10 Burpees

10 HSPU

50 Double Unders

10 minute time cap

Post-WOD:

3x5 Muscle Ups
