Pre-WOD:

We'll do our usual warm up today.  For the first part of class, instead of focusing on a specific strength / skill, we'll run through each of the 6 movements so that we have warmed up with them, as well as figure out spacing / modifications that we  will use, etc.  Good luck!

WOD:

With a running clock complete:

1. 3 Rounds For Time:

10 Power Snatch (95,65)

10 Handstand Push Ups

 

at the 10 minute mark, complete:

2. 3 Rounds For Time

10 Thrusters (95,65)

10 Chest to Bar Pull ups

 

at the 20 minute mark complete:

3. 3 Rounds For Time

10 Box Jumps (24,20)

10 Toes to Bar

 

Post-Wod:

Stretch - focusing on one body part at a time.  We'll have just run through 6 different full body movements - take the time to stretch it all out.
