Strength/Skill:

b.  5-10 HSPU

Alternate between a. and b.  Pick a rep scheme that you'll be able to stick with for and work no more than 30 seconds per minute.

WOD:

12 Overhead Squats (135,95+), (95,65)

12 Burpees

9 Power Snatches (135,95 +) (95,65)

9 Burpee Box Jumps (24,20)

6 Squat Snatches

6 Burpee Pullups (CTB+)

Post-WOD:

30 Medball Situps
