 Strength/Skill:

3x3 Turkish Getups , increase weight each round.

 

WOD:

1/2 "Hotshots 19"

3 rounds for time of:

30 Squats

19 Power Cleans (135,95)

7 Strict Pull-ups

Run 400 meters

Time cap will be 20 minutes

The full workout is 6 rounds, we'll be completing 3 today.  This workout is to honor the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots who died fighting a fire in Yarnell, Arizona on June 30, 2013.  Here is a link to the memorial event
