Strength/Skill:

A.  5x 1 Rope Climb

B.  5x 2 Turkish Getups (1 each arm), increase weight each round

WOD:

10 minute AMRAP of:

5 power snatches (135,95)

20 lateral jump over bar

Post-WOD:

2x3 Muscle ups or progression
