Today, we'll be hitting the benchmark WOD Nancy (one of my favorites).  The Masters athletes completed this as their first event and posted some FAST times.  The Games athletes did a "Nasty" version of this.   Here's a link to the leaderboard so you have a point of reference.   Games - Masters Leaderboard.  This will be challenging after the deadlifts, make sure you get a good stretch through your glutes / hams before you set-up for the WOD (Joe M - you are welcome).  Good Luck!
