5x3 Snatch Grip Deadlift, work up to a heavy weight - then all reps at the same weight

WOD:

30 Burpees

30 Pullups

30 Front Squats (95,65)

30 Double Unders

30 KB Swings (55,35)

30 Pushups

30 Abmat Situps
