 SCHEDULE UPDATE - The gym will be closed on Thursday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.  The regular schedule will be in place for the remainder of the week.

SAVE THE DATE - We will be hosting the 1st Annual Summer Combine - WOD and BBQ on Saturday July 27th along with CrossFit Roselle and CrossFit 1013.  Additional details to follow, but be sure to mark your calendars.

Strength/Skill:

12 minutes to work up to a heavy snatch, then

EMOM for 5 minutes of 1 snatch at 90% of weight achieved.

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP of:

  • 24 Double Unders
  • 16 KB Swings (70,55)
  • 8 HSPU
