6x2 Squat Clean & Jerk, Heavy - use same weight for all sets

4x4 Snatch Hi Pulls, Increase weight each set

WOD:

500 M Row, then

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • 5 Push Jerks (155,105)
  • 10 CTB pullups
  • 5 mountain climbers
