b) 3 x 8 Bench Press

Alternate between a) and b) until all sets complete.  Increase weight each set

WOD:

12 minute AMRAP

200M Run

6 Squat clean thruster (95,65)

12 KB Swings (55,35)

Post-WOD:

3 x ME Muscle-ups /Progressions
