Great job to everyone for tackling yesterday's workout. It was a tough one.  I know there are several snatch PRs out there - Buck, Simone, Nate, and I think there are a few more out there - post to comments.

EMOM for 8 minutes:  5 Toes to Bar


3 rounds, each for time of:

  • 500 M row
  • 100 foot Farmer Carry (heavy dumbbells)
  • 10 ring rows
  • 15 air squats

Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds


Shoulder Mobility stretches
