Happy almost Groundhog's Day? This has been the weirdest winter, so whatever...
So, today we're doing CrossFit Open 2012, WOD 3. Since HQ opened up registration for the 2013 Open, the 2012 results seem to have vanished. Perhaps this is a sign that we should only be looking forward. It might also be a sign that my 'googling' skills just suck. If anyone finds them, add a link to comments below. Good luck today!!
A couple tips when completing this one:
If you are going to rest on box jumps, rest on top of the box, not at the bottom.
Don't start out too hot - this is an 18 minute workout, go out too fast and you'll run out of gas.
Think about how you are going to break this up before you start - where will you take your rests?

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, (24" /20") - must come to full hip extension on top of the box
12 Push Press (115/75)
