How long have you been CrossFitting?
Almost 6 months
Skateboarding, volleyball and track in high school, and rugby in college.
What were your thoughts after your first WOD?
Wow, I didn’t pass out!
What is something no one knows about you?
Certified PADI SCUBA diver, did magic as a kid (I have videos as proof) and I can ride a unicycle.
What are your training/fitness goals?
I’m looking for overall better health so that I can be the best parent possible to my children and set a positive and healthy example for them.
What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement?
Back squats and front squats.
What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
What is your favorite cheat food?
Chick-fil-A chicken tenders and fries, Lou Malnati’s pizza and anything chocolate!
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The amazing sense of community and the support I receive from everyone at Enclave. The culture that has been created at Enclave is what makes it fun to come to a WOD and work your butt off!
Any advice for people just getting started?
Stick with it and be consistent. Once I started working out at least 4 times a week and cleaned up the way I was eating, I began to see immediate results!
