WOD:

Four rounds for time of: Row 400 Meters, Run 400 Meters

The workout is completed when you have rowed and run 1600 meters each.

Rest  2-3 minutes per round.

*THERE WILL BE A 9:30AM PARTNER WOD ON SATURDAY, SO BE SURE TO REGISTER IF YOU WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE*
